JEMS – support group for people living with MS

JEMS is a warm, supportive group for people living with multiple sclerosis. The group offers people the opportunity to share knowledge and experiences, give support and make friends.

By attending, you will:

• Learn – gain new information and coping strategies
• Support – find reassurance from those with similar experiences
• Hear expert talks
• Feel empowered, strengthened, and encouraged
• Gather resources – access professional services and support networks.

The group is a partnership between Jewish Blind & Disabled and Jewish Care and meets on the first Wednesday of every month. Family and friends are welcome too.
