Our Occupational Therapy Service helps people living with physical disabilities to live safely and maintain independence in their own home.
Through a free assessment and report by an Occupational Therapist, clients receive tailored advice and recommendations for aids or home adaptations, designed to make everyday life easier and safer.

Delivered in partnership with Guide Dogs, a UK-wide sight loss charity, our Sight Loss Support Service is a specialist service that helps people living with vision impairments to live independently and confidently.
A Vision Rehabilitation Specialist will carry out a free assessment and provide personalised recommendations to support daily living.

Two safe, supportive monthly groups for those impacted by sight loss, designed for meeting new people and sharing experiences.

JEMS is a welcoming support group for anyone impacted by Multiple Sclerosis, including individuals living with the condition as well as their family, friends and carers.
