How to apply
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for housing from Jewish Blind & Disabled an applicant must:
  • Be registered or registerable as disabled
  • Be able to demonstrate a housing need
  • Be Jewish
  • Not have a learning disability or severe mental health problem
What will it cost?
The rent on each flat varies depending on location. The average rent is from £150 per week and includes the costs of all resident staff, laundry, TV licence, window cleaning, gardening and use of all communal facilities. If the tenant is in receipt of benefits most of this cost is covered by Housing Benefit and the Supporting People Grant. There are additional costs for electricity for lighting, heating and cooking.
