24 hour Security and Peace of Mind

Every building has two resident House Managers who provide 24 hour cover, seven days a week. They act as good neighbours, assisting when necessary and keeping a caring eye on our tenants.

With their First Aid training, the House Managers are on hand to assist with emergencies. They also benefit from a rolling programme of professional training provided by the Tenant Support Team staff or by outside consultants.

The House Managers are also very involved in the arrangements for, and running of, all social activities within their buildings.
