Can you imagine what it's like... it's like... to not be
able to bathe yourself?
it's like... to be unable to cook
without risking an accident?
it's like... to feel like you are living
in solitary confinement?
The evidence is clear, you can help tear down the barriers to independence.

On Saturday 12th February 2011, a group of Wingate & Finchley FC supporters braved the Winter conditions, to raise money for Jewish Blind & Disabled.

The weather was kind to the 12 intrepid walkers who completed the 13 mile walk from the Abrahams stadium to Waltham Abbey’s Capershotts ground on Saturday 12th February.

A good time was had by all, although complaints of stiff legs – certainly from the older of the fraternity – was a common theme upon arrival!

Jewish Blind & Disabled would like to thank everyone who took part and sponsored the walk helping to raise £2,000.
