Supporters of Jewish Blind & Disabled take on NIGHTRIDER!

On Saturday 9th June Adam Nemenyi, Steve Wayne, Michael Meape and Grant Stone are cycling 100km through the night to help raise money for Jewish Blind & Disabled.

Adam said “When we were first approached by Danielle at Jewish Blind & Disabled to see if we would be interested to take part in the Nightrider 100Km charity bike ride, it immediately struck us as an amazing opportunity to not only partake as a group of friends in an exciting and personally challenging event but also at the same time use the opportunity to help raise funds for such a great charitable cause.

A couple of us have been actively involved with contributing and supporting Jewish Blind & Disabled for some years now and have a strong affinity for the fantastic work which they do in the local community by providing state of the art accommodation for people who are vision impaired or disabled who are then able to continue living independent lives.

Having been fortunate enough to have met some of the tenants who live in one of their buildings, it is only then that you see first hand just what a difference it makes to their lives and you really get a true sense of the brilliant work which Jewish Blind & Disabled does and we couldn’t think of a more worthwhile cause to help raise funds for.”
