Annual Lunch

Our Lunch committee not only organise one of our major annual fundraising activites - the highly popular Lunch of course, they also are the force behind our supper quiz which has become a must in many a diary.

The committee consists of both volunteers and Jewish Blind & Disabled staff with the role of the latter being primarily to facilitate the volunteers in their search for speakers, venues, caterers as well as adminstrating ticket sales and table plans.

Our committee are proud to announce Jeffrey Archer will be guest speaker at our lunch on Wednesday 2nd November at 'Avenue' (located under the Holiday Inn, Temple Fortune.)

If you would be interested in joining the Lunch committee please click here to request further information or call Gemma on 020 8371 6611.

"Having my own apartment means that I can shut the door on the world whenever I choose. Because the flat's mine I have been able to decorate it as I like and fill it with my personal belongings. My disabilities mean that I need support and my fear had been that I might end up in a home, instead of which I have a home of my own - my own flat of which I am very proud.”
