Become a part of Young JBD

Young JBD was formed just under two years ago as part of Jewish Blind & Disabled. We put Jewish Blind & Disabled on the Young Professionals MAP by increasing awareness and raising funds whilst having fun.

Young JBD is run by a volunteer committee of ten Young Professionals. All from varied career backgrounds, our committee come together for a united interest in spreading the word and raising funds for Jewish Blind & Disabled.

Young JBD organise many fundraising events including; socials, parties, sporting and cultural events. This year alone, we have seen the success of our Purim Party in March, our Holocaust Remembrance Evening with Dr Trude Levi in April and, more recently our 1st Birthday Celebrations, and Chanukah Bagel Brunch. To date Young JBD have raised just over £20,000.
