  • Daniel Chakimi - Director of Property & Development - Head of Health & Safety

    Daniel joined Jewish Blind & Disabled in February 2009 and is responsible for our Property & Development Department. Daniel has extensive experience in the property industry having worked as a property dealer, developer and manager since 2000. He supervises, directs and coordinates all activity in his department. He is responsible for new works and project manages our large capital developments, devising and overseeing all aspects of our development strategy including identifying and appraising potential sites, site investigation, building design and planning process, developing the Project Brief, monitoring the development programme and coordinating design development. Daniel Project Manages our sites through the entire development process, identifying, appointing and coordinating all professional consultants. He oversees the coordination and preparation of contract documents and arranges their execution. Daniel engages with Statutory Authorities and other stakeholders ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and necessary insurances are in place. Moreover Daniel oversees all maintenance and planned works to the Charity's properties and is also the Charity's Head of Health & Safety.

    Terry joined Jewish Blind & Disabled in 2007. His role includes maintaining our seven buildings and dealing with maintenance issues within the flats. 



  • Linzi Vaughan - North West London Mobility Bus Driver

     Linzi joined in 2016 and she takes tenants from our NW London buildings to their local kosher shops and supermarkets.


  • Rob Lewis - North East London Mobility Bus Driver
